Meet Diane
Yoga has been central to Dianne’s personal and professional growth. With a deep interest in mental health and the connection between neuroscience and ancient yogic wisdom, she sees yoga as a path to self-awareness and inner peace. As Dianne puts it, “Yoga helps me know and remember who I really am, regardless of others’ expectations.”
A lifelong practitioner since 1966 and certified instructor since 2016, Dianne is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500, eRYT 200, RPYT) and trained in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. She holds a doctorate in psychological education focused on self-knowledge.
Dianne offers a welcoming space for all, and she shares her love of yoga—and gardening—with her husband and grandchildren.
